Shipping Information
We carefully hand-pack every order from our Austin studio within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Your beautifully curated pieces will arrive with:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage your items with:
- All original tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed condition
- Original packaging
- Packing slip (if available)
- Return authorization number written on package

Important: Use a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. International customers should mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refund Details
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Credit card/PayPal payments: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
- Gift cards: New e-gift card issued within 24 hours of approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or color from our collection of sundresses, tops, or matching sets? Simply indicate your preference in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our collections, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
- Swimwear bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or altered items
