If your purchase doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you envisioned, our return process is designed to be as effortless as slipping into our flowy sundresses.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—just as you received it from our Austin studio.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Swimwear bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or altered items

Easy 3-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our Austin-based customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary details:

2. Package Your Items

Once approved, carefully repackage your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the packing slip (if available) and note your return authorization number on the outside of the package.

3. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds process within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Gift cards: Refunded via a new e-gift card within 24 hours of approval

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color from our collection of sundresses, tops, or matching sets? Simply indicate your preference in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item, shipping the new piece with the same care we give all our orders.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian countries and remote locations): Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
